While we often assume beds need a headboard, there are plenty of unique and stylish ideas for decorating a bed with no headboard. Common options that you’ll read about below include featuring a paneled, board and batten, or shiplap accent wall for the best to rest up against. This design choice still creates a focal point at the head of the bed but expands your decorating options.
