I can’t think of a single space in my home that wouldn’t benefit from adding pine garland during the holidays. We drape it over the piano and the fireplace and trail it up the staircase railing so that we see Christmas decorations everywhere we look. This entryway table is a perfect example of this technique, with an asymmetrical garland and black bow displayed on the mirror. Brass candlesticks, a shiny nutcracker statue, and an earthenware vase filled with pine branches blend old and new to welcome guests as soon as they cross the threshold.
