Sticking with a light color palette isn’t for everyone, and you may find yourself in that category. Personally, I love adding in darker colors to a neutral room, especially on the floors. In my opinion, it adds a sense of depth to the room when it’s paired with white walls and furniture. The contrast feels more modern and contemporary.
